Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Reams (“Reams”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use tryreams.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Reams does not require you to create an account.

Information we collect

• Contact details — your mobile number and email address, entered at checkout. We use these only to deliver your file, send a secure edit link, and contact you about your order.
• The content you enter — the text and any images you add to a template in order to generate your design. This is stored so we can produce and re-deliver your file and allow later edits.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details; Razorpay handles those directly under its own policies.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and request time), used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

• To generate, store and deliver the file you paid for.
• To email you the download and the edit link, and to let you edit and re-download later.
• To process payments and prevent abuse of the service.
• To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers we use

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who help us run Reams:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your delivery and edit emails.
• Cloudflare R2 — storing your generated file.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Render — application hosting.

Data retention

We keep your order details and generated file for as long as needed to provide the service (including letting you edit and re-download), and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data (see below); we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at hello@tryreams.com. Please include the email or mobile number used for your order so we can locate it.

Cookies

Reams uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to make the editor and checkout work. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
