These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Reams at tryreams.com. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The service

Reamslets you fill in a template (“stencil”) — such as a resume, biodata, invitation, business card, or flyer — preview it live, and, after payment, download a print-ready file that is also emailed to you.

Pricing & payment

  • Unlocking and downloading a design costs ₹75 (one-time).
  • Editing a previously purchased design and re-downloading costs ₹25.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are collected securely by Razorpay. Your file is delivered only after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

After successful payment, your file is generated and made available to download immediately, and a copy (or a secure download link) is sent to the email address you provide. Delivery is electronic only; no physical goods are shipped. If you do not receive your file, contact us at hello@tryreams.com and we will re-deliver it.

Licence & acceptable use

  • The file you generate is yours to use for your personal or business purposes, including printing and sharing.
  • The underlying templates, designs, software, and brand remain the property of Reams. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the templates themselves, or attempt to copy or scrape the service.
  • You are responsible for the content you enter and confirm you have the right to use any text or images you add. Do not use Reams to create unlawful, infringing, or misleading material.

Edit links

Edit links sent by email are personal to you and time-limited. Keep them private; anyone with the link can view and edit that design.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. While we work to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reams’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
